IPO of Akoya Biosciences, Inc. (AKYA) will take place on April 15, 2021. Akoya Biosciences is an innovative technology company, that provides spatial biology solutions for discovery and clinical research. Through CODEX and Phenoptics platforms, reagents, software and services, the company offers the company offers end-to-end solutions to perform tissue analysis and spatial phenotyping. Akoya Biosciences is the only company to offer such a wide range of opportunities for deep research and discovery in spatial biology. 

The estimated valuation of the company after its IPO will be $582 million. 

The listed bookrunners of the IPO are JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Piper Sandler and Canaccord Genuity.
